Fleet Officer

We are looking for highly organized candidates with good quantitative ability for the position of Fleet Officer. Fleet Officer will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet, maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection and scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency, among other duties.

Vehicle Inspection and Management.

Inspection and Supervision of drivers and their various Activities.

Oversee the conduct of training for drivers.

Maintain a register of all Company drivers and their assignments.

Maintain updated vehicle status inventory.

Provides management oversight at multi-facility locations dealing with maintenance and repair with responsibility for ensuring technical effectiveness and efficiency through programs that deliver quality maintenance and repair services.

Assist in the development of vehicle and equipment maintenance policies and procedures for internal, and external, services.

Maintenance Report, Warranty, and Outside Recall Report.
