Responsibilities
- Answering and handling incoming phone calls, emails, enquires and requests in an appropriate manner.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Should have ability to manage the CEO's yearly calendar.
- Scheduling and organizing appointments, meetings and conferences in timely manner.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a discrete manner.
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
- Should be comfortable for outstation travelling and movement whenever required.
- Should have ability to work for long hours (as per need).
- Should manage databases and filing systems.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as per instructions of CEO.
- Should have ability to multi-task and prioritize duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
- Or any other task assigned by the CEO and other management.
