The Position:

An experienced marketing professional is sought, to conduct market research as well as to maintain Pardot & Salesforce.com databases.

The candidate will start working for the Majiq's products, and then will progressively expand to cover other areas of the business that the Marketing Team supports.

Reports to: Director of Business Development, MAJIQ Inc., a division under the Perseus Operating Group of Constellation Software Inc.

Initial Outcomes:

Market Research

Conduct online research to identify a targeted list of prospects in a specific vertical market.

Document findings using Excel spreadsheets.

2. Maintain Pardot & Salesforce database

Clean up customer & prospect lists in Pardot & Salesforce.

Review all marketing leads daily and fix errors.

Create lists for specific campaigns.

Future Outcomes:

Set up marketing emails in Pardot (for mass e-mails)

Update websites in WordPress (ex. posting news articles or blog posts)

Marketing analysis/reports (lead reports, event ROI reports, etc.)

Social media management (help us grow social media following)

Requirements

Analytical.

Very organized & attentive to detail.

Proficient in Hubspot, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.

Great communication skills.

Self-motivated & willing to take initiative.

Have worked in a software/services environment (will be a bonus).

Very basic knowledge of HTML it will be needed for Pardot & WordPress
