Overseas Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Overseas Coordinator. In this key position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth progression of our expansion plan through its Research, Development, and Introduction phases. You will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to develop and refine an extensive 11-year financial plan, providing critical insights for decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Expansion Plan Progression: Ensure seamless progression through the Research, Development, and Introduction phases of the expansion plan. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, assess risks, and provide strategic recommendations.

Financial Planning and Review: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop a comprehensive 11-year financial plan. Meticulously review and refine financial plans before submission to the Director for approval.

Monthly Reporting: Aggregate and assess monthly reports from diverse countries and compile comprehensive reports tailored for various offices. Provide insights and analysis based on monthly reports to aid decision-making processes.

Operational Support to Overseas Campuses: Manage day-to-day affairs of overseas campuses to ensure operational efficiency. Act as a liaison between different departments to address and resolve operational challenges.

Shariah Compliance: Ensure rigorous Shariah screening of books and educational materials. Implement prescribed guidelines at the campus level to maintain compliance.

Coordination and Organizational Enhancement: Coordinate and organize various activities such as meetings, training sessions, and virtual tours. Enhance organizational effectiveness through well-organized and impactful activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in facilitating and managing projects through various stages.

Education: The Incumbent shall be an MBA/Master’s in Education/English or in the relevant domain.

Financial Acumen: Strong financial analysis skills and experience in developing and reviewing complex financial plans.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Analytical Skills: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to analyze and synthesize complex data.

Operational Management: Experience in managing day-to-day operations, particularly in an international context.

Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Shariah compliance requirements, especially in the context of educational materials.

Organizational and Coordination Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and execute various activities.
