Customer Support Representative

Call Center Agent needed for a Lahore-based digital marketing agency. Must be motivated, proactive, and hard-working.

What you will do

• High volume cold calling, prospecting new businesses and making outbound calls. This is a cold- calling full-cycle sales role.

• Closing sales and achieving performance goals and metrics, such as sales volume and conversion rate

• Providing customers with the company’s services information

What we are looking for

• Freshers and experience in international outbound calls.

• International outbound call experience in digital marketing industry are preferd .

• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.

• Strong end-to-end ownership attitude from prospecting, demonstrations, to closing.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skill.

What you will get

• Compensation Package: 22k – 50k plus commission.

• Job timing: Afternoon Shift from 02 PM to 10 pM.
