Sales Manager - Pharmaceutical

Responsibilities

Our Multinational client designs, develops and manufactures a wide range of innovative dosage forms for the biopharmaceutical and consumer health & nutrition industries. We partner with more than 4,000 customers in over 100 countries to create novel, high-quality and customized solutions that align with our customers’ evolving needs and benefit patients and consumers.

Broad Function

  • Develops sales of Capsugel products for his/her territory;
  • Introduces new products &services to customers;
  • Drives and lead internal support to customers;
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure payments
  • Meets yearly plan objectives for the territory.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Develops new sales opportunities
  • Introduces new products / services offering
  • Ensure payments by customers
  • Ensure total customer satisfaction
  • Ensure adequate branding for the territory
  • Develops long term relationship with customers
  • Negotiates contracts
  • Applies Capsugel policies
  • Uses Capsugel sales tools
  • Monitors competition
  • Maintain good working relationship with local distributor
  • Monitor sales and payment status of accounts of distributor
  • Coordinates customer visits/ audits
  • Customers visiting plan & visiting report
  • Involves internal departments when required
  • Participates to the organization of customer events/ seminars

  • Internal Relationship
  • CSR ,TS, QA, BD, Finance, SC
  • External Relationship Customers, Contract Fillers, Associations, Machine
  • Manufacturers / distributors
  • Supervision N/A

Position Requirements

  • Education
  • University degree, major in biological or health sciences /is a plus

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years working experience, in health care industry preferably, sales or related function is a plus

Skill and other requirements

  • Ability to communicate and build relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills Resilient/ persistent
  • Willingness to learn, curiosity Ability to work independently
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Ability to represent Capsugel brand
  • Good English both writing and speaking
  • Basic computer Skills
