Assistant Manager Accounts
Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of trial balance of accounts and communication of errors and omission to seniors.
- Ensure the timely preparation of GRN in system.
- Checking of all store transactions with right calculation of average rate movement and ensure the correct balances of inventory items in store ledgers.
- Ensure the reconciliation of payables with vendors and their timely payments.
- Establish and implement strong control regarding payable section (purchase to pay).
- Preparation of accounts budget comparison and finding the reasons of over consumed budgets.
- Ensure the reconciliation of costing stock with financials in ERP.
