Medical Lab Technician
Responsibilities
- Collect patient body fluid, tissue or blood samples
- Manage and supervise activities of other laboratory assistants and staff
- Conduct chemical analysis of medical samples using an automatic analyzer or microscope
- Maintain strict laboratory QC standards, including regular equipment function verification, equipment calibration and ongoing troubleshooting efforts
