Project Coordinator

Job Description

  • Maintaining and monitoring plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Coordinate management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Analyze risks and opportunities
  • Oversee project procurement management
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Use tools to monitor working hours and expenditures
  • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • To develop linkages with other key players working in the field.
  • Submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly report to Head Office.
  • Liaise with the Head Office program management for the implementation of project activities.
