Call Center Executive

We are looking for a representative who will have the following skills/qualities:

Highly engaged and reliable - exhibit a high degree of courtesy and customer service

Great command of English - ability to actively listen and communicate with clients and members of the healthcare team

Great communication skills (spoken and written)

High accuracy and attention to detail

Fast learner

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow directions, and respond in a timely manner

Experienced in working for a healthcare company in the US or Canada

Ability to perform telemarketing calls/sales background

Big plus if able to able/knowledgeable about social media, reputation management, social media posting
