Reporting and Insights / Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a Reporting & Insights Analyst to join our purpose-driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture. This role will report to VP of Technology and will be supporting one of our healthcare customers.

As a Reporting & Insights Analyst, you’ll work together with the Data Engineering team to build validate, and deliver reports to meet the specific requirements for various stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, data visualization tools, and data modeling tools.

Is this role right for you?

Work with finance, operations, marketing, clinical teams, and engineering teams to create new reports or make updates to existing reports as required.

Work with Data Engineers to design and manage automated processes using efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy-to-understand principles.

Provide timely responses and solutions on issues that arise day-to-day for automated reporting processes.

Continuously improve reporting implementation and adapt to changing technologies.

Analyze data and provide insights to management and leadership.

Generate reports and dashboards.

Interprets data, trends, and patterns through detailed data analysis.

Creates powerful insights/storytelling that inform and drive business decisions.

Create and maintain import and export database queries as necessary.

Develop automated solutions for data management and report generation using SQL and Excel

Experience in Data Visualization software

Other data analysis and reporting-related tasks as required.

Communication Skills: Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills.

Project Management: Some level of competency to see projects through and ensure sustainability.

Technical Skills: Demonstrated high level of proficiency with SQL, excel, Business Intelligence reporting tools including Power BI and Tableau

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent required.

3-5+ years of progressive experience in data and analysis to drive business insights and decisions in commercial and/or business operations.
