Quality Assurance Executive

Responsibilities

•   To grasp the essence of review of deliverables meant for the client and identify issues
• To objectively and analytically analyze the client-side communication done via different mediums and recommend solutions if there are issues.
• To review content for a variety of genres on a regular basis (articles, blogs, website content, etc.) and edit/improve it if and when required.
• To proofread content and assess its feasibility w.r.t digital marketing, grammatical conventions and business perspective.
• To grasp the essence of contextual content and website review and deliver projects accordingly.
• To make project plans, adhere to these plans, follow-up and complete deliverables in a timely manner.
• To create and deliver review reports of everyday communication and deliverables with a focus on identification and rectification of issues in the business process.
