Civil Construction Manager
Responsibilities
- Study of detail drawing assign inspection areas to subordinates. Checking of bills, calculation of materials, maintaining all documents as per DIMS(SOP)
- Review contract and specification thoroughly and develope project quality plan and quality inspection proceduresto meet customer's requirement comprehensively.
- Review the confirmance of shop drawings in accordance with the construction drawings and site conditions.
- Ensure the best quality of civil works.As preventive action issue preventive action report and if incompliance found generate corrective action report and calculate the cost of poor quality w.r.t man hours.
- Responsible for ensuring that construction/manufacturing methods are in line with quality inspection plans and are well understood by concerned supervisors,places emphasis and concentration on quality cost reduction opportunities.
