Audit Officer
Responsibilities
- Perform Audit on all payments advise notes, (Vendors & Contractors) and each financial transaction in the system.
- Perform timely monthly Audits on sales commission, salaries & wages and physical cash.
- Ensure regular audit on client refund cases and miscellaneous payments.
- Ensure Audit on procurement (Supplies) & Marketing services.
- Ensure accurate customer balances and record, vendor/contractor balances and records.
- Conduct mutual audit for making effective adjustments in inventory and conduct IAD prescribe audit schedule on quarterly basis.
- Effectively control inventory movement at each locations (Showrooms)
- Effectively control & check store issuance and stock movement (Transferred)
- Review, check and verify sales orders.
