Business Communication Trainer

Job Description

To undertake writing skills development for new and existing staff members by planning and developing training programs

Training need identification/Training need analysis

Coach & support staff members on their job to meet performance standards

Initiate and review training content as needed

Identify new training approaches & techniques

Driving the team to achieve targets by skilled communication

Job Requirements

Managerial Qualities - Time Management, Project Leadership and Teamwork

3 Years of experience in similar roles or training call center employees on written communication

Strong commitment towards excellence and motivated to grow teams by training

Strong business email writing skills

Fully understands American style communication

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be flexible to work in night shifts

Part-time or Full-time involvement options

PT: Work 4 hour days, 4 days a week (7 PM - 11 PM PKT)

FT: Work 8 hour days, 5 days a week (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM PKT)
