CL Ward Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accountabilities in CL and CT department ward.

Supervise, Organize and coordinate the CL activities of his/her team training in the medical technical activities, counseling of the CL patients, specifically CL CT.

Evaluate their performance and define and ensure the needs for training of staff, in order to perform CL

Educate patients regarding their CL diagnoses, appropriate medication use and prevention

Monitor daily assessments of CL patients and evaluate their status and ongoing re-assessment

Ensure and supervise registration of patients of CL ward and nursing care in the patient file.

Organize the CL medical material and drugs and medical equipment management (drugs orders, follow-up of the stock, storage conditions, inventories, follow-up of expired drugs and their destruction, drugs consumption, etc.)

Requirements for the position:

Education: Essential: Diploma of Nursing/Medical Technician /Drug dispenser diploma/LHV

Experience Essential: 2 years of previous experience in a similar role. Having worked in MSF or other NGO’s and in developing countries is desirable.

Languages: Mission and local language essential.

Knowledge: Essential computer literacy (word, excel, and internet)
