Front Desk Officer

Job Description

Responsibilities

Greet visitors/candidates warmly.

Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.

Manage schedule of conference rooms.

Receive parcel, packages etc. and ensure proper delivery of the same.

Ensure employment form filled by the candidate and forwarded to HR.

Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.

Assist Directors for secretarial work.

Take minutes of meeting notes and report back to the directors.

Update director appointment and meeting calendars.

Arrange gesture for guests/visitors as per the company’s standards.

Make travel and meeting arrangements for the directors.

Track documents records pertaining to the directors’ signature and approval.

Manage the daily/weekly/monthly meeting agenda and prepare calendar for coordination.

Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and letters.

Requirement

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 01 year guest/customer relations experience.

Professionally presentable personality.

Excellent knowledge MS Office.

Ability to multitask and setting priorities.

Planning and organizing.
