Skills & Requirements:

• Processing incoming mail and follow-ups emails.
• Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job application.
• Creating, distributing, and storing documents.
• Acting as a point of contact for employees and administration.
• Taking interviews.
• Setting interview appointments and arranging meetings.
• Maintaining HRIS.
• Supporting HR team in day to day matters.
• Compiling reports and preparing spreadsheets.
• Creating new policies and procedures for the office.
• Helping in Performance assessment and management.

Must have

• Must possess strong interpersonal skills and fluency in the English Language
• Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings
• Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
• Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction
