Product Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Leading the creation and evolution of the product vision, strategy, and objectives

Discovering, defining, and validating problems presented by user insight, stakeholder priorities, organizational needs, and technical team members

Coordinating across complex dependencies to deliver features that improve the overall client experience

Engaging with teams across the organization to align plans, understand priorities, and communicate changes with our local offices and clients

Collaborating with developers, technical architects, and DevOps engineers to make sure our services are sustainable and flexible

Tracking and monitoring product performance and client outcomes to iterate and improve on features

Taking a responsible and ethical approach, considering the social impact our services create and Minimising potential unintended consequences

A Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, economics, or statistics preferably with data/AI

Should possess 4+ years of management and delivery expertise with B2B and B2C technology products

At least two years experience managing technical product teams

Quite an acquaintance of Scaled Agile framework and at least one of Jira, GitFlow, or DevOps

Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork abilities that allow you to gain influence at all levels

Strong analytical skills, with experience using quantitative tools and the ability to self- serve data.

Excel and Databases (SQL, MongoDb, PostgreSQL) knowledge is useful preferably
