UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a “UI/UX Designer” to plan, design and develop web application and web pages visual design tools. You will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Understand product specifications and user psychology.

• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps and prototypes.

• Develop and extrapolate the Web Design Plans and UI Layout Ideas

• Research and development of Web Applications and pages with hands on experience regarding user interface layouts to maximize user experience.

• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.

• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.

• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.

• Competence to perform usability tests and analyse the results to gauge consumer experience with respect to the web application and online program.

• Prowess to analyse user data to evaluate and enhance user interface for existing applications and web pages and create personas.

• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, usability, findability).

• State of art design and user interface plans to add value to the design departments performance.

• Boost the Website and Application Success Rate by creative design, user-friendly interface, links between pages and Beta-Testing of success rate of interaction models.

• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.

Skills:

• Proven Work Experience as UX Designer.

• Portfolio of Design Projects.

• Background in Project Management and Research. • Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.

• Effectiveness with Design and UX Softwares like Adobe Creative Suit, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, UXPin, Balsamiq and InVision.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript.

• Detail Oriented, Strong Analytical Skills with Business Acumen and ability to think out of the Box. • Good Communication and Presentation skills.

• Problem Solving Aptitude, Customer-Centered and ability to work as a Team Player.

• Ability to work in work-intensive environment and meet short-notice deadlines.

• Ability to align Business Marketing Goal with the Design Art Work.

• BSc in Design, CS, Engineering or a related field.
