Production Engineer - Metallurgical / Material

1: Responsible to plan and direct the activities of all functions involved in the production operations.

2. Source materials to keep up with production goals and meet customer demands.

3. Ensure 100% on time production and delivery of every casting.

4. Assess manufacturing process and recommended improvement to increase productivity and quality of products.

5. Manage continuous improvement initiatives to drive gains in quality, flow and output

6. Responsible to 100% compliance of stock taking audit of materials being used at floor on monthly basis.

7. Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods.

8. Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair service.
