Job Description

Responsible for the financial and people management, building a professional working relationship with client contacts to ensure proper invoicing / procurement been done.

Management of Accounts & coordination with financial institutions for the management of funds.

Coordinate the activities of the team in order to accurately document all expenses of activities and relevant costs.

Production and analysis of monthly report and project based reports.

Oversee the procurement of supplies, delivering on time, to specification, to quality and to contractual targets.

Preferably an Arabic Speaking Applicant

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Funds Management & Planning for resource allocation and funds utilization.

Dealing with Banks.

Making feasibility reports of Projects.

Analysis of Finance Statements.

Budgeting & forecasting of business units.

Risk based analysis of internal controls & pro

cedures.

Responsible for Handling Tax related matters.

Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

Documents financial transactions by entering account information.

Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
