Assistant Manager Production Planning / Control - Weaving
Responsibilities
Production Planning & Control
- Production Planning of Shabbir Textile Mills and outside looms.
- Issuance and updating of PO’s
- Verification of wrapping & sizing programs
- Check and instruct about daily fabric damage report of STM
- Analysis of first meter of all new qualities & Samples
- Liaison with yarn procurement department
- Planning & Reporting on SAP (B1)
Sampling and New Development
- Weekly visits to STM to check qualities and general discussion
Dispatches
- Planning dispatches from STM
- Planning dispatches of outside qualities and arrangements for payments (To issue the DO)
- Arrangements of vehicles for dispatches
Bills/Invoices/Tax Challans
- Responsible for on time payments against the bills of warping and sizing
- Planning and instructions for outside QC to inspect or dispatch the qualities
Outside Qualities/QCs
Maintaining Record /Filling
