Quality Assurance Officer

On start of every quality, QC will do first in-line inspection.

Check GSM, width, end-pick, selvedge writing as per given requirement.

Submit half meter production sample of all beams to head office.

Check equal selvedge height & distance on each side of fabric.

Contamination should be controlled.

Inform daily looms production to production department.

Make sure single color or double color loom as per contract.

Selvedge yarn, design & writing as per given instructions.

Make sure no. of running looms as per contract.

submit daily inspection report to production department.

Packing should be as per requirement.

Weekly yarn report & daily stock report will be submitted to production department

Closing stock of yarn, fabric & running production reports should be submitted to production department by the end of every month.
