International Support Executive

Skyscrapers Pvt. Ltd is currently looking for experienced and competent candidates to join our team for the role of International Support Executive.

Job Specifications:

• Handle inbound/outbound chats/emails from customers.
• Bring feedback from customers and prospects to make our services better.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Strong persuasive skills to international clients.
• Must possess a tendency to retain pressure.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Highly organized and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, motivated and energetic with strong work ethics and a positive attitude.
• Must possess the ability to retain clients. 

 Salary Package: 

• PKR 30,000 – 40,000 per month

Minimum Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognized university.
