Responsibilities
- Resource should be dependable, punctual and flexible to work in Morning, Evening and Night shift when required
- Good Customer Handling Skills (Complaints/Feedbacks)
- Proficient in computer applications ( Windows, Internet Browsing, MS office )
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
- Rotational / extended shifts might be required
