Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
Experience of receiving visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Knowledge of maintaining employee and department directories as a guide for directing visitors.
Experience of answering and transferring calls to appropriate units and take messages and communicating them to appropriate enquirers.
Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
Experience in performing day to day admin related tasks.
Excellent communication skills.
