Required Skills & JD:
- Resource should be dependable, punctual and able to work under flexible shifts.
- Minimum 01-year experience in a call center environment as team lead (Inbound/Outbound Call/Emails channels)
- Proficient in computer applications (Windows, Internet Browsing, MS office, MS PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills
