• Knowledge SQL Scripting (create/read/maintain) is a plus

· Ensuring written and verbal policies and regulations of an organization are kept in check.

· Investigation on compliance procedures and necessary follow-up action

· Delivery of daily, weekly and monthly performance reports based on KPI’s

· Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques

· Suggest solution to complex problems and drive implementations

· Respond to Ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs within TAT

· Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

· Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

· Manage centralized database for data accuracy

· Consolidate, prepare and finalize team KPIs

· Sound analytical skills is a must

· Verify that all the escalated issues have been timely resolved
