Operation Executive Sea Freight - Export
Responsibilities
- Handling & monitoring export LCL, FCL shipments from beginning up to loading on vessel.
- Co-ordination with foreign associates, shippers, transporters, clearing agents, yard, terminal, co-loaders, and shipping lines.
- Obtain approval of rate contracts from shipping lines and process CRO after confirmation from shipper and destination counterpart.
- Submit shipping instructions for MBL on the shipping lines portal & INTTRA.
- Follow up on the shipments.
- Arrange House Bill of Lading.
- Take care of customer queries and issues.
- Receiving invoices from shipping line then arrange payments accordingly.
- Arrange invoices regarding shippers and associate on destination.
- Prepare the documents for MBL collection from shipping line.
