• Prepare the Contract Related Documents i.e. Contract agreement, P.G and other related documents.
• Costing/Budget of Project.
• Prepare the approval/procurement/delivery schedule of all the material and equipment as per BOQ.
• Prepare/Collect and submit the technical submittals/samples of all items to the consultant for approval and follow up for approval.
• Rates from different vendors of all BOQ items to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval and placement of orders after proper evaluation all local and imported items.
• Forward the related documents to Local Purchase Documents and follow up for delivery and procurement.
• Follow up for delivery and follow the schedule for time completion of works without any delay.
• Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, cash flows and preliminary schedules.
• Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
• Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines.
• Monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures under the supervision of manger planning.
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
• Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Review field inspection reports from Consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Assist the PM in the review of Contractors.
• Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.
• Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relation.
• Help sub-Ordinates in Critical issues.
• Working with the team to remove blockers.
• Share the Critical Issues of projects with Management.
• Prepare Monthly financial reports of all projects.
• Prepare the closing documents of projects and get the completion documents from Client/Consultant.
