Responsibilities:
More than 4 years of experience of managing affairs of Regional offices and branches of
Akhuwat Microfinance.
Overall responsibility for booking keeping and managing accounting affairs of
Northern areas of Pakistan (4 Regional Offices and 34 branches). Receiving details of transactions with supporting documents. Preparing of various reconciliations including:
Bank reconciliations;
Vendor accounts reconciliations;
Customer accounts reconciliations; and
Internal accounts reconciliations
Verifying expenses made by branches from supporting documents and ascertaining amount of cash disbursements for managing Petty cash till.
Making Vouchers and Entries in the Microsoft Dynamics ERP of all the transactions.
Making periodic summaries of transactions and balances receivable from customers at branches for Senior Management.
Facilitating Internal and External Auditors and providing them with documents and details as required.
Assisting senior Management with work as allocated from time to time
