I, as a District Coordinator; have currently completed a 3.5 years project of Social Mobilization - National Cash Transfer Program (SM-NCTP)/Waseela e Taleem of (Benazit Income Support Program – BISP) Program funded by World Bank, Asian Development Bank and DFID, the project was implemented by Aiming Change for Tomorrow (ACT) International (www.act-international.org) a national NGO of Pakistan.

- Project Manager - Community Based Livelihood Development Program funded by Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF) in Armed Conflicts Areas of Pakistan. The project had 3 components (i. Over Managment of the Project titled "Sehat Insaaf Cards (Health insurance Card)" in District Mansehra and Torgahr (Kaladhaka) as District Coordinator. Specifically Managing the following;
1. HR - Recruitment of field staff (Community Mobilizers, IT Officers and Card Distribution officers).

Responsibilities as Field Coordinator/Social Organizer
Responsibilities as a field coordinator include; implementation of all SUNGI’s program (MRM, Credit and Enterprise Development, Health, Craft promotion, Infrastructure Development and other Community Skill Development in the field through the Social Mobilization and Organization.
- Establish and Organize Village Committees (VCs) in the villages both male and female
- Provide Basic VC Training to the communities at village level;
- Prepare Participatory Village Development Plans (PVDP) using different Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) techniques for the assessment of resources, problems and their solutions;
- Facilitate and support community in Identifying of common problems faced by local on participatory basis;
- Assist in identification and implementation of Village Infrastructure Schemes like Roads, Drinking Water Supply Schemes and Irrigation Channels etc.;
