2016 - Present
• Reporting to District Health Communication Support Officer.
• Analysis Data Team-wise & Low-Performance UCs Campaign-wise.
• Analysis of Data Form 2A Team wise and Shared Report to DSC & Concern Supervisor.
• Collate daily staff attendance SMS and generate monthly attendance reports for the assigned district.
• Follow-up with UC staff for the submission of data for reports.
• Monitor and follow up with UC staff on regular data upload on the polio info database.
• Have access to PCR and polio info datasets for COMNet and CBV planning.
• Maintain datasets of CBV and CommNet UCs in the assigned district /agencies.
• UC-level data collection and compilation on key indicators to generate pre, intra, and post-campaign reports.
• Collate and analyze campaign data, monitor feedback from UCOs, and generate daily CBV, and COMNet monitoring updates during campaigns.
• Guide and on-job train CBV and COMNet staff on reporting tools.
• Ensure timely submission of periodic reports including 30 HH cluster survey/detailed epidemiological investigation forms for urgent AFP and polio cases.
• Analysis of concerned dashboard indicators with UC-wise feedback to the UCO.
• Maintain close liaison with the DPCR data operator for two-way data flow.
• Generate and share extended catch-up coverage reports from the DSC dataset with the concerned DPCR. Collate and relay the CBV dataset as per DSC SOPs.
• To correspond with the Focal person for DSC correspondence and follow up with field staff.
• Collection of data for campaign planning from the UC level for onward submission.
• Maintain the data on the social characteristics of polio cases in the respective district.
Spot-check missed children's logbooks and child registration logbooks of the assigned district.
2. UNION COUNCIL SUPPORT OFFICER-(UCSO) - Sidat Hyder and Murshid Associated, Karachi (UNICEF-funded project on EPI/PEI)
2016 - 2016
• Planning, implementation, and monitoring of community-based polio vaccination activities in assigned union councils.
• Identify UC-level activities for inclusion in the district communication plan for EPI/polio activities
• Listing of congregations in assigned areas for interventions of Union Council Medical Officer and District level PEI partners
• Development and validation of UC-level EPI, polio, and non-polio SIA micro plans.
• Support the district and town health management teams in microplanning and communication activities for EPI/PEI activities.
• Identifying local community influencers/ leaders and supporting DHCSO and PEI partners in engaging them for polio and EPI vaccinations.
• Identification of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) material requirements and distribution
• Supervision of social mobilizers and frontline polio workers during polio campaigns and EPI activities
• Facilitating training of front-line polio workers
