• In coordination with respective HR Managers and HR partners, identify the manpower requirement for the respective portfolios.
• Provide recommendation to the line management on alternative solutions for their manpower requirement.
• In line with the approved manpower plan, ensure the vacancies of net new positions and replacements are completed effectively and timely manner
• Short list suitable candidates for the available positions and provide recommendations on the candidates background to the respective HRMs/ HRPs and line management
• Schedule interviews and select interview panel based on the complexity and hierarchy of the positions
• Ensure all candidates are assessed based on the assessment controls available in the assessment center and as per the requirement of the line management
• Ensure that the pre requests ( referral checks, documentation, medical etc.) of the selected candidates are completed
• Issuance of Letter of Intent (LOI) and Letter of Appointment (LOA) are completed and ensure the candidate is onboard within the agreed time lines.
• Ensure that the personal files of the new hires are completed and hand over to the Personal Information Management Unit within the given time line
• Ensure that the system updates and required access are completed of the new hires
• Ensure induction sessions are conducted and all new hires are attended to the induction sessions.
• Provide audit report/ SLA achievement as and when required ‘Managing VIP candidates data base and arrange courtesy interviews
• In coordination with the line management, identify the required candidate profiles for the respective portfolios.
• Identify the suitable branding strategy for the respective portfolio to attract candidates
• Provide suggestions/ recommendations to the recruitment Branding specialist to implement branding sessions.
• Ensure required recruitment pipeline is build and available through the branding sessions.
• Recruitment branding initiatives/ events to ensure that the pre requirement/ logistics (such as venue, time, date, logistics etc.) of the branding sessions are fulfilled.
• Preparation of advertisement for the available vacancies and coordinate with the corporate communication department for continuous improvement of advertising to ensure the advertisements are effective and attract the target group
The Person
• A Degree /Diploma in Human Resource Management and/or equivalent Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institute/university would be an added advantage
• Written and verbal communication skills, report writing skills etc.
• minimum 2- 3 years’ experience in similar capacity
