Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

To ensure availability of right fit for the position at the right time as per the recruitment plan and maintain the supply of technical resources as per Demand/Projections for the specific business unit handled.

To source candidates as per resource requirements for the business unit

Interaction with Business Manager to understand the business need & status update.

To perform Data Management & MIS for various internal and external reviews.

To plan and manage the external vendors for supply of right candidates from the market to match the profile requirements of the business and provide feedback on the quality of the candidates sourced through the channel.

To move the profiles / resumes through various stages of the selection process; conduct salary negotiation for the candidate; release the offer and follow up for acceptance of offers, within the policies of HCL Technologies.

Seek sign off from management and negotiate salary with candidate

Roll out the offer and follow up with candidate for acceptance

Assist in issue / roll out of offer letters, periodically connect with selected candidates and confirm joining date
