Assistant Manager

#JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for workshop budgets, plant utilization, technician's productivity and efficiency.

Implement the best managerial and engineering practices for workshop and Body shop operation.

Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction

Assess employee performance and identify training and development needs.

Ensure a safe working environment by maintaining highest health and safety standards.

Monitor and identify requirements of the future business needs and upgrade facilities.

Responsible for all aspects of the workshop and related operations.

A degree in Automotive Engineering with 3-5 years' experience or HNDE/ NOES/ NDT qualification or City & Guides Diploma with 5-7 years post qualifying experience in similar position.

NAITA, AETI or GTTI full time apprenticeship.

Experience in handling of multi-brand workshop operation. .*

Foreign experience and distributor experience will be an added advantage.

Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership skills

Excellent communication skills in both ,

English and Sinhala Languages.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Age Should be between 30-45 years.
