Social Media Associate
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage Catalyst Solutions social media accounts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Create and develop content strategies that encourage audience interaction, increase presence, and foster audience participation
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Proficiency in creating compelling written, graphic, and video content
- Engage and connect with our talented professionals on social media platforms
- Generate innovative ideas and concepts for captivating social media content
- Provide regular reports and updates on social media activities
- Monitor and engage in Catalyst Solutions' Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program and activities
- Participate in company events and ensure professional social media coverage
- Continuously improve social media efforts by analyzing data/metrics, gaining insights, and implementing best practices
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Analytical ability, Creative Content Creation, Presentation skill, Social Media - Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

- Age at least 22 years

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

- Proficiency in graphic design tools and software to create visually appealing content
