Manager (QA)

Responsibilities & Context

Develop, implement, manage and track effectiveness of an integrated program, including systems, standards, procedures, measures and tools to assure that food safety, quality, sanitation and regulatory requirements are met for flour Mill.

Maintain and establish quality specifications for all raw materials and finished goods.

Actively work with the production team and assist them for achieving high levels of compliance with food legislation and standards of GMP, ISO & HAACP procedures.

Interact regularly with engineering, Production and supply chain to establish and define quality assurance standards for the site including manufacturing, sanitation, pest control, and disposition of ingredients or finished products.

Stay up to date and builds expertise in food safety best practices, public health regulations and industry best practices

Conduct statistical analyses of food safety and quality data to assess compliance with related programs and determine where improvement is needed

Education

B.Sc in Applied Chemistry/ Food Engineering / Food Nutrition/ Food Technology/Chemistry/Microbiology.

Experience

At least 8 years

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies
