Jr. Support Engineer/ Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries

Handle and resolve customer complaints

Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints

Perform customer verifications

Process support log, forms.

Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource

Manage customers' accounts

Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints

Record details of actions taken

Manage administration

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Follow up on customer interactions.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering in CSE,EEE,ETE,ICT.

Skills Required: Linux,MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ One Note, CCNA

Professional Certification: CCNA,Cisco

Training/ Trade Course: CCNA,Networking,Cisco

Skills Required: Network Engineering, CCNA

Experience Requirements

At most 2 year(s)

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

ISP, Computer Hardware/Network Companies

Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

Age 22 to 30 years

Both males and females are allowed to apply

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
