JOB PURPOSE

Assist in business strategic planning, strategic decision making and performance management to ensure smooth operational planning. Facilitate in driving data-based decision making in businesses, by scheming and standardising analytical and technology solutions in an effective way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in budget exercise, review and track monthly progress/actual against budget.

Collaborate with all the sub-units of the Microfinance operations and finance department for budget management.

Develop frameworks to guide the operations team to optimise spending by following cost effective methods.

Identify business risks and opportunities and drive growth.

Plan, conduct and coordinate market and operational-related studies with different units and stakeholders to support business planning and process improvement.

Analyse, Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate microfinance data to develop integrated business analyses and projections to incorporate in data or business analytics.

Coordinate effectively with the operations team and internal and external stakeholders to ensure the understanding of data analytics, business analytics and its importance. Generate and present monthly reports with right insight to the management committee.

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
