Sub Assistant Engineer, Maintenance Department

JOB PURPOSE: Ensure smooth function of Sub- station & Generator services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Checking High Tension (HT) panel, Automatic voltage regulator (AVR), High Tension (HT) Switch gear, Transformer, Low Tension ( LT) panel, Power Factor Improvement (PFI) panel, Automatic transfer switch (ATS) & distribution board.

Generator fuel management, daily and monthly fuel consumption calculation, daily log sheet maintain and supervise the work.

Check & change all types Generator filter, lube oil and sub-station equipment.

Check battery charging condition of Generator.

Check the Radiator water and Lubricating oil.

Monitoring DESCO line voltage.

Provide all type of technical support to all project of BRAC, BRAC enterprises and all sister-concern of BRAC.

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
