Nursery In-charge (BRAC Nursery Enterprise)

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly sales as per the yearly budget/directives of HO
• Ensure that the nursery operates as a profit centre
• Execute production of quality saplings as per production plan approved by HO and market trend and responsible for technical management of nursery
• Regulate & manage of nursery inventory as per yearly sales projection and future growth.
• Supervise & control all expenditure related to nursery operation and obtain necessary approval from higher management
• Pursuit constantly for building relationship with new customers and develops customer loyalty
• Plan and execute product diversification as per market need
• Report timely of routine matters and special issues as and when necessary

Educational Requirements

• The candidates must have Diploma in Agriculture / Forestry with minimum 2nd class or equivalent CGPA from any reputed university.
