Officer, IT (BRAC Healthcare Ltd.)

Responsibilities & Context

Responsible for the smooth operation of computer hardware, operating systems, applications and network infrastructure.

Installing, configuring, and maintaining PCs, laptops, UPSs, printers, PABXs, CCTVs, and other IT devices related to healthcare industries.

Providing technical support to end users on a variety of issues related to computer systems,software, hardware and networks.

Proactively ensure the highest levels of all systems availability.

Documenting, tracking and monitoring the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

Maintain an inventory for all IT peripherals.

Communicate with related stakeholders to ensure effective IT support.

Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Education

The candidate must have a Diploma in CSE / B.Sc in CSE with a minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/division or equivalent result in all academic examinations

Experience

At least 3 years

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Healthcare Startup

Age 23 to 40 years
