Manager - AOP

Responsibilities & Context

Should have to strong Knowledge on shade matching for AOP aspect.

Must have strong knowledge on Lab to Bulk recipe correction.

Ensure the quality of the fabric as per the fabric standard of buyer.

Should have strong Knowledge on Spectrophotometer (Data color).

Must have to mix the chemical 'recipe' for dyeing both natural and synthetic textiles.

Deciding which chemical dye formula would create the right color Making up a sample dye and checking to make sure it produces the right results recommending any special finishes or treatments to be applied after the dying process.

Ensure fabrics dimensional stability as per buyers’ requirements.

Maintain floor according to buyer code of conduct.

Any other responsibilities assigned by the department head.

Education

Diploma/ B.SC in Engineering in Textile Technology.

Experience

At least 12 years

Additional Requirements

Age at least 35 years

At least 12 years as a Dyeing Official And 7 years at AOP area with sound experience.

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Dyeing Unit specially in AOP area.
