Responsibilities & Context
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company visibility and meet business objectives.
Lead the Marketing team to meet Company’s monthly.
Oversee the creation and execution of TNA (Time and Action) plans to ensure the timely delivery of products.
Set and achieve sales targets by collaborating with the marketing team.
Facilitate negotiation of consumption and costs to ensure favorable pricing within the policy framework, verifying costing sheets.
Manage the product development lifecycle, including sample development, order closing, and efficient shipment processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of marketing & production.
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Monitor and control budgets for marketing activities.
Stay informed about customer visits and final inspections, providing support if necessary.
Education
Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
Experience
10 to 15 years
