Job Responsibilities
- Receiving visitors/customers at the front desk by greeting and welcoming them courteously & appropriately.
- Maintaining visitor & customer record, Keep notes and pass them to the proper authority. Maintain and upkeep the reception area.
- Responding calls in a professional manner & forwarding incoming phone calls/messages to related person.
- Monitor movement registers of corporate staff.
- Maintain & monitor meeting room & event inside office premise.
- Distribute all kinds of incoming letters/goods/parcel/ sample/bills etc & keeping record.
- Receive/ disburse all kinds of incoming/outgoing letters/goods/parcel/ sample/bills from/to related courier company representatives.
- Assist Admin related job as and when necessary.
- Keep up-to-date with all official /business contact numbers.
- Provide general administrative support required by any department.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 28 years
