Senior Officer - ERP PP (Production & Planning)
Job Responsibilities
- Implementation:
- Master data arrangement: PP master data arrangement, cleaning, validation & upload in testing systems for test purpose.
- Master data keeping: Training to the business team for master data keeping, tracking & usages process.
- Master data update: Training to the business team for master data update process for avoiding junk/duplicate data creation.
- BoM/Recipe Routing: Production process run bill of material/recipe, production process routing setting, monitoring.
- End user training: End users training conducted with the users desk for smooth systems run.
- Post Implementation:
- End users support: Transaction related support to the users desk for smooth systems run.
- Critical support: Identify the critical issues and share with PP manager for his engagement.
- Configuration Changes for user changes: Any standard configuration changes for business users changes will be get approval from business & management for incorporation of changes.
- Access management: Access management for as when required from business team.
- Reports: For reporting always try to us standard reports. Any customs reports required prepare the initial design, get approval from business team & management for development. Completing development testing will be happen, If works correctly will be share with the team.
