IE Officer

Job Context

Monitoring & controlling the IE related operations of export oriented Woven garments factory.

Design & layout of Man, Machine and Materials to achieve maximum efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

Apply statically methods and perform mathematical calculation to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standards.

Efficiency calculation of all workers on daily & monthly basis and take necessary initiative to increase individual efficiency.

Conducting of time study and motion study and idle man machine hours on daily basis.

Prepare monthly manpower projection & Labor cost analysis.

Implement IE concept in all department.

Prepare Skill inventory of operators etc.

Support to promote productivity development activities carried out by senior management.

Any other relevant job assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelors in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 year(s)

Excellent command in writing and speaking English,

Good Communication Skill,

Good Interpersonal relationship,

Coordinate with sample, sewing, production floor.

Have good knowledge of product, quality, capacity and lead time,

Ensure the timely shipment with quality product,

Should able to work under pressure,

The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.

Knowledge about CWS/ BST will be preferable.
