Technician - Sewing

Job Responsibilities

Design garment construction and methods and good sampling before production.

Layout the Production lines as per product requirement with proper setting up of sewing machines.

Solve the technical issue in production through effective of analysis the problem is key company.

Introduce new sewing method to improve the productivity of existing and new product

Direct and control the day-to-day operations of the production lines.

Direct and control the production processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper monitoring.

Good knowledge on Pattern and marker, technically problem solving ability with required quality standard.

Identify production line blockages and take necessary steps to solve.

Ensure daily, weekly & monthly production as per planning.

Maintain quality product for each style and no compromise with quality at everywhere (ensure shipment with zero defects)

Supervise production lines for highest level of productivity given by management.

Establish effective communication with cutting and finishing & Quality team responsible personnel to fulfill the order quantity.

Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration, over production, and extra working hour.

S.S.C/ H.S.C (Relaxed for well experienced applicant)

Experience Requirements

At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age 30 to 35 years

Age Limit: 30-35 Years (on June 01, 2019)

More than 12 Years practical Experience of Jacket Manufacturing

Capable to handle more than 2/3 sewing lines.

Specialist on Outer Wear Jackets (Knit & Woven, Baby Jackets & Fake Down & Real Down.)

Should have knowledge in Sample, Layout, and Product Quality & Shipment.

Chittagong Based Experienced Candidates will get preference.
